Ahead of a specialist research trip with 4 leading Nordic chefs, Unilever Food Solutions asked Atropik to design and host a 10 day experience. The aim was to truly connect with Brazil’s gourmet scene, emerging trends and key influencers, enabling the chefs to craft new recipes for Unilever Nordics 2016 Brazil-themed year. Captured by a film crew, the journey took us from Michelin-starred chef’s tables to underground street-markets, organic farms to the most traditional of churrascos, leading culinary NGOs to customized cooking lessons, This was a taste of true Brazil.
